General terms and conditions

RunTheCloud is provided under the applicable contractual terms agreed between MondayCoffee and the customer, including the relevant MondayCoffee general terms and conditions: AGB | MondayCoffee

Terms of use

RunTheCloud is made available for internal company use by authorized users. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app according to the contract, the terms of use, and the agreed subscription.

Data processing

RunTheCloud processes the data required to provide the service, including tenant information, encoded user or group identifiers, message identifiers, message status, and Microsoft-provided messages enriched with summaries and recommendations by MondayCoffee and Laux Lawyers AG.

What data is processed

Customer-specific data includes tenant ID and tenant name, encoded user or group ID, message ID, and message status. Microsoft-provided messages are enriched with summaries and recommendations. Comments, tasks, and related collaboration data remain in the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant where they are created.

How subscription keys separate customer data

Customer data is stored in customer-specific tables. Access is restricted by validating the combination of tenant ID and subscription key. This prevents subscription keys from other tenants from being used to access the wrong customer data.

What happens when the license ends

When a paid subscription is cancelled, customer-specific records stored in the MondayCoffee tenant are deleted as part of the offboarding process. Logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Data stored on the customer side must be deleted by the customer if required.
